WHO WE ARE ?
The Chapada Grande Farm comprises a total area of 20 thousand hectares located in the city of Regeneração - Piauí and was acquired by São Paulo businessmen on 11/25/2004 with the objective of producing Soy, Corn and other AGRO products, in addition to generate jobs, distribute income and accelerate the sustainable development of the municipality of Regeneração and the state of Piauí.
The REAL company - Re generação The gropecuária L tda, was founded with this name to honor the municipality and is the owner of Fazenda Chapada Grande.
Currently, the company belongs exclusively to the Junqueira family, born in Ribeirão Preto - SP and which has a tradition in the Brazilian AGRO, operating in this same segment also in other rural properties in the states of São Paulo, Paraná and Goiás.
The challenge of breaking through this agricultural frontier in Piauí was very big, as the region had no history of large-scale agricultural production, but courage and entrepreneurship are present in the Junqueira family's DNA, which also has love in its veins. for work in the field and the dream of prosperity for all our beloved Brazil.

The Chapada Grande Farm (FCG) started its project in 2005 with the goal of deploying its entire useful area of 12 thousand hectares of GRAIN by 2015. However, after the arrival of Suzano Papel e Celulose in 2007, it was brought by the state government. Piauí (PLANAP - CODEVASF), REAL was convinced to change its project, which was originally 100% agricultural, to implement half of its area (6,000 ha) with eucalyptus trees and the other half (6,000 ha) with GRAIN, its main focus. Suzano Papel e Celulose, made commitments with the state government, with municipalities throughout the Middle Parnaíba region of Piauí and with several businessmen, to implement one of the largest pulp and paper factories in the world in the state of Piauí, to generate many jobs , income, improvement of the HDI, supplying super clones developed and adapted for the region of Piauí and guaranteed the purchase of all wood production and a minimum annual productivity as an attraction to investments. In the end, as none of these promises by Suzano were fulfilled, Real, like so many other investors, was forced to return/migrate its entire eucalyptus area to agricultural crops, that is, its original project of 12 thousand hectares of GRAIN, however, with 7 years of delay and therefore being completed in the 2022 harvest.

A Real Regeneração Agropecuária divulga relatório semestral de 2024 relacionado à Transparência e Igualdade Salarial de Mulheres e Homens, em atendimento à Lei Nº 14.611, de 3.07.2023, que dispõe de permitir uma comparação objetiva entre negociações, remunerações e a proporção de ocupação de cargas na empresa. A legislação acerca da Igualdade Salarial entre mulheres e homens, que engloba a Lei nº 14.611/2023, o Decreto nº 11.795/2023 e a Portaria nº 3.714/2023, foi criada com o objetivo de combater e eliminar as disparidades salariais baseadas em gênero e raça. O Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego e o Ministério das Mulheres disponibilizaram o relatório com dados para essa publicação de forma anonimizada, em alinhamento com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD). A composição dos dados estatísticos administrados pelo MTE possui informações da RAIS de 2022 e 2023 da Real Regeneração e a base dos dados foi obtida do e-Social.
